NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This promotion is sponsored by Marriott Vacation Club International
(“MVCI”). Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) July 1, 2006 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on
March 1, 2007. Entries must be received at least three (3) days prior to drawing. Drawing will be held on March 4, 2007. |

WHO CAN ENTER: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age at time of entry. Employees of Marriott International Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising
or promotional agencies and their immediate families (meaning spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and
persons living in the same household as any of the above employees are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law. |

HOW TO ENTER: Participants may register for the sweepstakes by filling out an entry form at consumer trade shows and various retail outlets and beginning on or about October 1, 2006 at www.marriottgolf.com. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Incomplete entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. |

RANDOM DRAWING: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on March 4, 2007, from among all eligible entries received. Entries must be received by March 1, 2007. Winner will be notified by phone or e-mail on or about March 6, 2007. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a winner is disqualified or declines to accept the prize, one alternate winner will be chosen by random drawing within five (5) days of the date winner is determined to be ineligible. Alternate winner must satisfy all eligibility requirements. If alternate winner is disqualified or declines to accept the prize, prize will be forfeited and no further alternate winner drawings will be held. |

WHAT CAN YOU WIN: One (1) Grand prize winner will receive 2 daily individual Tournament Day Credentials to the legendary golf tournament held in Augusta, Georgia, on Saturday, April 7, 2007 and Sunday, April 8, 2007, a 3-day/2-night hotel accommodation for two, two access credentials to fully hosted Corporate Hospitality facilities on Saturday & Sunday, dedicated ground transportation, including airport transfers and shuttle transportation to and from the golf course on Saturday and Sunday. Airfare, additional transportation, expenses, meals, parking and applicable taxes, other than
those awarded, if any, are not included with the prize. Present day approximate retail value (ARV) is $9,300. |

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit one prize per household. Winner is responsible for all taxes and all expenses related to the acceptance and use of a prize and not specified herein. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the appropriate retail value of each prize. Prize is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. Prize is nontransferable. No prize substitution except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. |

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release within 15 days of notification. Noncompliance with this time period or return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary and travel companion must sign a liability release prior to traveling. If companion is a minor, signature of parent or legal guardian is required. |
